We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Scribao Pro, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are handled by our payment provider, Paddle. Visit paddle.net to look up your order and request a refund, or email hello@scribao.app and we'll help.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep Pro access until then. Your library and progress are never deleted when you cancel.
